I oversee venue and site operations, ranging from prestigious locations in Cannes or Paris to the largest European Congress Centres. I also source and manage all type fo suppliers, ensuring a seamless coordination.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

My responsabilities also includes orchestrating and executing any services and logistics related to housing accommodations, transportation arrangements and F&B.

CLIENT RELATIONS

I manage client relations by designing proposals and nurturing client relationships, always ensuring their objectives are met to the highest standards.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

In the preparations or on the ground, my goal is to guarantee the seamless execution of events, by leading diverse teams of experts (creative, projects, production, or technical).

ONSITE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

I focus on delivering the best possible attendee experience by meticulously managing every aspects of on-site logistics, production and operations.
